Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout may include order processing time depending on the destination.

Where We Ship From

Our products may be shipped from different locations depending on the collection.

🐾 Pet Accessories

Our general pet accessories are shipped from China through our trusted logistics partners.

Estimated total delivery times generally range from 6–28 business days depending on the destination.

More specific delivery estimates for your destination are displayed at checkout.

🍂 NathalyFox&Co Leather Collection

Our leather products are made and shipped from Laval, Quebec, Canada.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2-8 business days
United States: 4-7 business days
International: 6-12 business days

Orders With Multiple Products

If your order contains products from different collections or shipping locations, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: $12 CAD.

Free shipping on orders of $79 CAD or more.

The applicable shipping option and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

For products shipped from China, please allow approximately 2–5 days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders and products shipped from outside the destination country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by VIVIPAW.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.
