VIVIPAW ships products to eligible destinations displayed during checkout.

Products may be shipped from different locations depending on the collection. General pet accessories may be shipped from China through our logistics partners, while products identified as part of the NathalyFox&Co leather collection may be made and shipped from Laval, Quebec, Canada.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
